Pirates for Sail is booking for both private and public events for musical performances. 

 

Private Parties - Contact us for pricing

• two hour minimum (One hour is a 45-minute set and a 15-minute break.)

 

Festival/Full Day - Contact us for pricing

• Up to three sets per day of 45 minutes with at least a 15 minute break between.

 

Additional Charges

(for both private parties and festivals)

• additional fee for for sound equipment (mics, amp, speakers, etc.)

• Travel surcharge (from Zip Code 21226):

  • Less than 100 miles  no charge

  • 100–199 miles     $100

  • 200–299 miles     $200

  • 300–399 miles     $300

  • 400 miles and up  Full cost of travel (gas/tolls, air, train, etc.)

• Overnight surcharge (if the event requires that we stay overnight): $150 per night

  • Overnight surcharge is waived if acceptable housing/camping accommodations are made to the crew.

 

Terms:

• 20% nonrefundable deposit required with signed contract; balance payable upon arrival

• Full amount (minus deposit) is due and payable upon arrival

• Cancelation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appearance results in the full contracted amount being due and payable immediately

• 10% discount for nonprofits, museums, and educational institutions with 501(c)(3) verification.

• Water and electricity must be made available at the stage for the crew

• Space next to the stage to sell promotional materials, including but not limited to recordings and clothing, retaining all proceeds associated therewith.

• Parking passes/Free parking for up to five vehicles.

• Access to the stage 2 hours prior to festival start time for setup/soundcheck.
